The main product “Sawa-hime, Daiginjoshu: Real local sake Declaration” won the best sake of “SAKE section” in International Wine Challenge in 2010, Refreshing scent and flavor realize its own name. Using rice, yeast, and water in Tochigi prefecture.

It was adopted in the first class of JAL international flghts, also won first prize in international wine contest “SAKE section”. It is highly evaluated from overseas. ”Shiki-sakura Daiginjoshu” made with home-polished rice used subsoil water from soft Kinugawa river is the exceptional sake. It is made from “Gohyakumangoku” sake rice, which is cropped in Hiraishi district, the best price for rice production in Utsunomiya. They polished rice up to 50%, and brew carefully in a small tank with strictly controlled temperature. Supple scent blossoms in its sharp taste, which makes very rich flavor.
